1. Operator

The website vsn.hr is operated by VSN j.d.o.o.. Full statutory details are available in the Legal Notice.

2. Purpose of the website

The website is used to provide information about VSN j.d.o.o.’s products, services, approach and the B(OS)S system, and to enable contact with business users.

3. Informational nature of content

Content on the website (including interface mock-ups, example metrics and visual concepts) is informational and does not constitute an offer, guarantee of results or binding commitment unless expressly agreed in a written contract.

You may use the website for personal and legitimate business purposes, in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

• unauthorised access to systems, accounts or data;

All materials on the website are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. The “VSN” brand and the “B(OS)S” product belong to VSN j.d.o.o.. Reproduction, modification or distribution of the content is not permitted without prior written authorisation.

We aim to provide continuous availability and accurate information but do not guarantee error-free operation or that all information is fully up to date at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VSN j.d.o.o. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights you have under mandatory law, including consumer rights.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Croatia. The courts of competent subject-matter jurisdiction in Osijek shall have jurisdiction, subject to the consumer right to bring proceedings in the courts of their place of residence where mandatory law so provides.
